The Outward Bound Experience

by Wyatt Pace, photographer

First term this Fall I went on a 47-day outward bound course with six other students from Warren Wilson. The course covers a couple of Outdoor Leadership Classes taught at Wilson, plus it is 8 credits. The focus of the course was development of being an instructor in the Outdoor Field. Wilson pays for the whole trip, plus you DO NOT have to be a Major or Minor in ODL to go on the trip. It is offered to everybody that goes to WWC.  I took some pictures during the trip, and thought I would share them with the community to get the whole student body to go next fall.
