We understand that the life we choose impacts everyone and everything. That’s why, if you’re not sure what path you want to take, we make sure that you have support in choosing.
Here, you’ll have a unique set of mentors working closely with you along the way:
- A faculty advisor will work closely with you as you decide what type of career you would like to pursue. Together, you’ll build an academic plan to get there.Â
- You’ll spend at least 10 hours per week working on a crew under the mentorship of a professional crew supervisor. You will grow, discover your strengths, and develop new skills to make you job ready.
- You’ll work closely with the team in the Center for Experiential Learning and Careers to find the right community engagement, internship, study abroad, and work crew opportunities. Then they’ll help you translate those experiences into a standout resumé and career post-graduation.Â
- You’ll have a peer leader and a resident assistant. Maybe a coach, a tutor, and a counselor, too. All of these people will be there to support you every step of the way.
At Warren Wilson you’ll engage your head, your hands, and your heart. Every student completes an internship, community engaged courses, research, field studies, and a Capstone Project. Learning in action, guaranteed for all, no matter what major you choose.
