Documenting the American South
Eastern North Carolina Digital Library – contains 399 fiction and non-fiction volumes, 150+ museum artifacts, maps and educational material pertaining to the history of the 41 counties in Eastern North Carolina. Includes Walter Clark’s Histories of the Several Regiments and Battalions from
North Carolina in the Great War, 1861-65, better known as “Clark’s Regiments.”

The Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance, and Abolition – includes over 200 primary documents from 1692 through the 20th century.
Historic government publications from World War II: a digital library – more than 200 WWII-era pamphlets in the Southern Methodist University collection are digitized here, with an emphasis on the home front.
