The May 2 meeting opened with an activity where  cooperation, communication, and work toward a common goal was demonstrated among leadership within Forum, Caucus and PAC. After the activity, everyone in the room sat in a circle and discussed questions that were presented by Forum and Caucus members. Ideas that were generated from the discussion were documented so that they can be incorporated into planning for next year. A cake social took place after the discussion.

Deborah Anstrom spoke to Caucus about struggles with student access to the night pasture.
