Preview to the Warren Wilson Circus, Coming this April

by Sam Rivkin, staff writer

Last year's participants Ben Lancaster and Abi Bisette rehearsed for the Warren Wilson circus.

It might not be til April, but it’s never too early to start getting pumped for the annual Warren Wilson Circus, and this year’s show promises to be something to look forward to. This year’s circus will be as big as ever, with between 60 and 80 participants performing in a variety of acts including aerials, acrobats, clowns, jugglers, step team, dancers, and many more. The theme of the circus is supposed to remain a secret (though this is Wilson, so everyone probably already knows by now) but I can tell you that there is a good chance there will be a pre-circus freak show. For Freshmen or those who haven’t attended the circus before, I strongly recommend that you check it out. While Wilson students are often super busy and running on autopilot, the circus is something that breaks up the routine and reminds you of how awesome our school is and how many talented and creative people we have here. The circus is showing on April 27th and 28th, time TBA.
