Warren Wilson College’s Fall Open House for prospective students and their families offered a terrific opportunity for visitors to really get to know the College and its distinctive aspects. This fall, those students got to delve even deeper into different elements of Warren Wilson via afternoon Samplers at locations across campus.

What drew you to WWC? I like the Triad. Work and community service makes it unique.
Intended study: English
What drew you to WWC? The environment, the town, the work. The website was very informative. I really like the farm.
Intended study: Environmental Studies or Outdoor Leadership
What drew you to WWC? I went to Outdoor Academy; they have a similar lifestyle. I like the combination of work, service and academics.
Intended study: Psychology
What drew you to WWC? So much. I love the atmosphere and what the college stands for, especially the LGBTQ [community].
Intended study: Creative Writing or Gender & Ethics Studies
What drew you to WWC? The proximity, the mountains, school ethics, everything.
Intended study: I haven’t decided yet, but maybe Outdoor Leadership.
