Special kudos to crew members and supervisors from Landscaping and Forestry. These folks’ expertise and leadership made the Presbyterian Home and Women’s Facility projects run, well, like Swiss watches. We couldn’t have done it without y’all.
A big pat on the back is also due the peer and transfer group student leaders as well as the seminar instructors. They proved to be excellent mentors for our new students, jumping right in to the tasks at hand, and setting the tempo right off the blocks. Rumor has it that one particular seminar instructor and his students stayed out at Black Mountain’s Recreation Park well into the evening hours, putting the final touches on the informational kiosk. Talk about dedication.
And last, but by no means least, thanks to the many staff and faculty who plugged in where needed, got busy, made things happen, and welcomed our new students to service, Wilson-style.
