Influenza vaccines at the Health Center

Karen Weinberg, FNP will be giving influenza vaccine shots at the student health center on the following Wednesdays: October 17, October 24 and October 31 during regular office hours (9-12 and 1-5).

Vaccine will be administered on a first come first serve basis. No appointments.

There is plenty of vaccine this year, so you don’t need to all rush in at once.

The vaccine is free to students. There is a small charge to faculty and staff who do not have Blue Cross/Blue Shield ($5-$15).

The accounting office will bill those folks. The College has made arrangements with another vaccine source to give vaccine to faculty and staff who have Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance.

No vaccine will be given to people under age 9 years. We will only give shots to current students, current faculty and staff, and the eligible dependents of faculty and staff.
